The guidelines "are ridiculous. I went on the Dyson site to learn what you do with half of my tools. That's about my only complaint. I found the
dyson dc17 to be much quieter and lighter than my previous vacuum.

I returned my third Hoover Wind Tunnel vacuum, and I bought the Dyson. The Dyson takes about three times the amount of things that Hoover and I am very happy with it.
